Congratulations to all the fantastic performers that participated in the 2026 OMEA District 4 Solo & Ensemble Festival/Contest at McNary High School. Please view the 2026 S&E Masked Results at the link above. The results today will automatically be submitted to the OSAA Solo Music Contest and OMEA State Chamber Ensemble Contest through Opus.

Date: Saturday, March 6, 2027
Location: McNary High School, 595 Chemawa Rd N, Keizer, OR
Who: Any middle and high school students attending a D4 school.
Available categories:
Instrumental: Brass, Woodwind, Strings, Percussion
Vocal: Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, Tenor, Baritone/Bass, Vocal Ensemble
Contemporary Vocal Ensemble: 2-16 ensemble members (no distinction between ‘small’ or ‘large’ ensemble, Music can be anything contemporary (jazz, contemporary a cappella, musical theater, pop, etc) All entries will be a part of the same competitive category.
Mariachi Ensemble (returning this year)
Cost:
$20 per solo
$20 + $1 per student in an ensemble
NO separate school registration fee!

Opens: January 11, 2027
Closes: Wednesday, February 10, 2027
Late registrations: February 11-12 = $10 late fee per entry
None will be accepted after this date!
